Emethered is the (curiously Grand Lilithian in origin) name given to the territory on Orath occupied mainly by Sun Lilithian silk farmers. While the Sun Lilithians present do not claim the whole region as their territory, they do acknowledge a need for administration of the silk trade, hence the blossoming city of Thysolandra'Tianuth'Lilith (Lilith's Sunlit Silk Basket). Called "Solandra" by outsiders, to avoid the mouthful, it is the closest Emethered has to a capital city, and is in fact the only city in the area.
There are dozens of silk villages in the area, the produce from which all eventually makes it's way to port Tianiu'Arhl (literally, port silk), and from there to the world. Overland transport is common, but coastal villages more often send theirs to the main port in swift, comfortable skiffs.
