Shattered early in The Bloodstained Aeon. When Shattered, its remains became the The Zikal Crystals.
Prior to this, the Eye of Nherru was perhaps the single most powerful magic artifact in recorded history. The Eye of Nherru was in the possession of the Children of Nherru though it is not known whether the Children created the Eye, or the Eye gave rise to their empire. It seems the Eye was capable of enhancing the powers of all Nherru mages and sorcerers who drew on it, while still powering the Children of Nherru's many powerful and terrible golem soldiers.
This defining event marks the beginning of active cataloging of Xothu history, most races have some recollection of this cataclysm. Some Human calenders mark years in Y.S. (Years Shattered), or A.S. (After Shattering.)
