Worldbuilder Spotlight:
- Venture to Russitea, south of the Tanshu Mountains to the nation of Shetugu! Take the time to visit the many ziggurats of the capital, and bask in the local culture (unless of course, you happen to not be human.)

A relative of the lesser dragons. Not really a turtle, it does, however, resemble a large tortoise. It has a large, heavy, scaly shell and its feet resemble those of a lizard.
Oh, and it has a nasty temper and breathes fire. Stay out of its way. Unless you came prepared with lettuce.
