The only Lilithian race to live in an entirely remote region, what is known about the Ice Lilithians has been garnered only from expeditions to the mountain glaciers where the Ice Lilithians reside. Never ones to venture beyond their icy home, the Ice Lilithians are impervious to cold and live in huts made of snow, ice, and the occasional pieces of driftwood. Wood is rare, so it is considered a precious commodity.

The Ice Lilithians use a form of magic unique to their race, which has something to do with seeing into clear patches of ice for events in all time: the past, the present, and the not-too-distant future. Explorer Fairen Venor remark on witnessing this occurence:

"We were walking from the fishing hole back to the village when Ja'naira stopped suddenly and peered down at the ice. I looked down, too, but all I could see was a smooth patch of ice. At first I thought that Ja'naira was simply warning me not to step there as I could slip, fall, and slide down the mountain, but instead she stared at the spot intently, as if watching. She stood, watching, for at least five minutes before looking up and back at me with the deep black eyes of the Ice Lilithians and said, 'you will have to leave us soon. Your mother is ill. She will need your care.' Amazed, I asked her how she knew this. 'I saw it in the ice,' was all she said. Later, I asked the village Heth'tar, the leader, who looked at me kindly and explained that this was the Ice Lilithians' magic; that they could see the past, present, and near future in the ice."

The Ice Lilithians prize the god Gel'nor of the Perpetual Winter. They believe that Enlightenment is found through patience, and that it will come when it is time. They belive that Enlightenment is the seeing of all things.

They have hair ranging from white to silver, stand anywhere between 5'10" to 6'5", have black eyes, and pale skin. Their tongues are black.

Native to Cape Pael, with a few settlements actually located on the Centruvian Ice Sheet
