Jarm'Kura is the throne city of Rezhekal, and has the largest concentration of Night Orcs on Xothu (only around 690,000). Prominent features are the clan and throne halls, and the monument to Thrugar.
The monument to Thrugar is a large statue of him in the city square. It is three times the height of the average Orc, and depicts Thrugar resting an arm on a huge axe. The axe was originally made of steel, but rusted centuries ago and has since been replaced by a stone replica.
The Jarm'Kura clan hall is the second largest building in Jarm'Kura. It is stone, dome shaped, and from it the administration of the city is carried out. The throne hall is however much more impressive. It is larger, and more ornate. It is shaped like a square pyramid, though instead of tapering off to the point, it flattens out half way up, and on this surface there are three spires. Unusual, for Night Orc arcitecture. Carvings decorate every inch of the stone outside of the building, representing the laws, great moments in Night Orc history, and the unification of Rezhekal. The First Mogul resides in the throne hall, along with his chief advisors and personal bodyguard. The ruling of Rezhekal is carried out from this impressive structure, which was constructed in 1523AS.
