The only non-frozen body of water above the Centruvian and Turup Ice Sheets, the Oceana Arctica is surrounded by northern Russitea and Asivis, northeastern Orath, and the two ice sheets. Its glassy depths are, as can be imagined, mercilessly cold. It is unknown exactly why it remains unfrozen at such latitudes.
