The topmost teir of the The Mobile Kingdom of Kaluang Clah, the Palace of Storms is the residence of the King of Kaluang Clah.

At the very top is the Panopticon, from where it is said the King has see in all directions, for miles, thanks to the strange lenses that make the walls.
