Wandering the Kingdom of Shattered Lands, mostly in the former capital, can occasionally be glimpsed the Spectral King with Lips of Beryl.
A young man dressed in all the finery befitting an important member of the Royal Circle in the Kingdom of Blue Moons, with a heavily made up face, he usually doesn't stick around for long. People who have seen him claim he has a sad demeanor, as if he is upset about something. Some say his makeup is smeared, as if he had been weeping.
There are many theories as to who he once was. The most popular is that he is the Last King of the Kingdom of Blue Moons, though this is unlikely. The name, however, has stuck.
