One of the greatest Western Orc works, it is still passed among merchants today, many of whom don't know of its origins.
The book consists of pairs of pages. Each pair discusses an important part of trade and capital, its good points and bad points. It makes no conclusions whatsoerver, it merely presents the sides of the issues.
There are endless commentaries written on the books, and a few people with biases towards Orcs (such as Sea Dwarves), hotly claim it was stolen from yet another previous civilization.
