The Desert Angels patrol The Desert of Kobbon and some related territory. They seem to be a religious group that protects travelers in return for donations.
They always wear masks and cloaks. Their cloaks contain red stripes on them that denote rank.
The Desert Angels membership usually consists of various monks, preists, and religious people performing penances. Religion does not seem to matter specifically.
The Angels recieve donations from The Mobile Kingdom of Kaluang Clah for reasons yet unknown. They do help guide the city when it traverses the desert.
At one point, it is said that Sultan Jalarawa the First of Guth was one of them. However, there is no record of a giant mechanical elephant among them. They probably would have noticed.
