The closest the Skyroamers come to a city. It is a small thunderhead, surrounded by a strange, floating architecture seemingly made of the same intangible substance as the Skyroamers themselves- it resembles a vast matrix of transparent, biological tissue. Some portions are reported to be as strong and solid as silk, while others are reported to be little more than sheets of slime.
The thunderhead itself never rains, nor produces lightening which reaches the ground. Thunder can be heard from it, though, and flashes of lightening occasionally illuminate it from inside- it's possible the Skyroamers use the storm as a source of power.
The Thousand-Year Storm has no fixed location; it has been documented, in one form or another, since the Dissolute Time of Poorhouses.
The crew of one of the Grand Dirigibles, doing research on the Skyroamers, recorded the 'word' Puuwuppappii'i in relation to the Storm. It is unknown if this is the actual 'name' of the Storm, or simply a random sound produced by the Skyroamers, or something else entirely.
