Vortex Duck is a pseudonym and anagram of Tod-Crux Kev, the infamous Human gangster who goes around perplexing everyone with his craftiness. He tends to stick to the land he knows best, that is, the northern parts of Nova. One might spot his hat floating by in the ruins of Nherru, or see the glint of the sun on his titanium scimitar mechanism in the distance.
Some say he currently lives in the ruined tower. But who knows? Only time, and the ducks, will tell.
