Traveling the world in caravans of odd, rusty, mechanical vehicles covered in swaths of bright cloth, the Wandering Dwarves exist on the edges of civilization. They are inventors, traders, scavengers, teachers, and magicians, either despised or revered by other peoples.
It is possible the Wandering Dwarves are the relatives of the so-called Sky Dwarves that worked with the Western Orcs on their Dirigibles.
